Features and Applications
Emulsification, dispersion, defoaming, foaming, anti-starch aging and control of fat agglutination, it is applied as the additive of sweet, ice cream, cakes and bread.
1It is applied in chocolate, sweet and ice cream to prevent granulated sugar crystallization and separation of oil and water and enhance the smoothness and luster.
2It is applied in margarine to stabilize the emulsion.
3It is applied in cream toffee and toffee to enhance the emulsification.
4It is applied in bread to improve bread structure, enhance its softness and volume and extend quality guarantee period.

Storage And Transportation
Shelf Life: 24 months in unopened original packaging under the storage conditions (from date of production).
Storage: Avoid sunlight, rain. Store in unbroken packaging at the cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature should below 28 ℃ to minimise the agglomeration (the natural tendency).
Transportation: Keep safety of the packaging in the transportation.
